Q: How much does your session cost?

A: It depends. Schedule a free in-person consultation, understand what's happening, come up with a plan & direction for you & then the price will be known.

Q: How long does it take for me to get out of my situation?
​
A: It depends. Everybody's situation, body, lifestyle habits, commitment, priority levels, stresses are different. All these are definitely to be taken into account of the recovery process.
There isn't a one size fit all treatment/exercise as well. Everyone is starting at a different level and may not be ready for it.

Q: Can my (insert injury/condition) be helped?
​
A: Pain is multi-factorial. Unless there is a medical red flag, or something psychological, most of the time it's a movement issue. Which IMO, it can be helped.​

Q: How long do I have to train to see results?
​
A: It depends. Your lifestyle habits, sacrifices, stresses, all has to be taken into account. Ideally we should aim to make it a sustainable & life long journey.​
Q: What are is the difference in training that you provide?
​
A: I adopt principles that fit a suitable exercise to you, instead of fitting an you into an exercise. Which allows you to train safely, lesser frustration, and better mobility & performance.
